We spent time with shop owners across Kathmandu (clothing stores, electronics resellers, home-grown food brands) and heard the same complaints: checkout pages that didn't support eSewa or Khalti properly, shipping tools that assumed couriers that don't operate here, and pricing quoted in dollars that made no sense for a business earning in rupees.
The "local" features aren't an afterthought bolted onto a global product; they're the foundation. We're launching in Nepal first, and we're staying focused here until we get it right.
