Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Pasalos, including the storefront, admin dashboard, and related services operated by Pasalos ("we", "us"). By creating a store, you agree to them.

Your account

You're responsible for the accuracy of your store and product information, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for complying with Nepali law in how you sell, including product legality, pricing accuracy, and consumer protection.

Plans, billing, and the free trial

New stores get a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. After the trial, continued use requires an active paid plan (see pricing). Subscriptions are billed in NPR and renew each billing cycle until cancelled. Launch-offer terms (where advertised) apply to the first 100 stores created during the offer period and may be withdrawn for future signups at any time without affecting stores already on the offer.

Payments

eSewa, Khalti, ConnectIPS, and cash-on-delivery order flows are provided as integrations to those services or as order-management tooling; Pasalos is not a party to the payment itself and is not liable for gateway outages, chargebacks, or disputes between you and your customer.

Acceptable use

Don't use Pasalos to sell anything illegal in Nepal, to defraud customers, or to abuse the platform (scraping, reselling access, attempting to breach other merchants' stores). We can suspend stores that violate this while we investigate.

Availability

We aim for high uptime but don't guarantee an uninterrupted service. We'll communicate planned maintenance in advance where possible.

Cancellation

You can cancel anytime from your dashboard. Your store is paused, not deleted, for a grace period afterward. See our refund policy for billing details.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Pasalos evolves. Material changes will be communicated by email or an in-dashboard notice before they take effect.
