Is there really a free trial?+
Yes: every plan starts with a 14-day free trial, no credit card required. You can build your full store before paying anything.
Do you charge extra transaction fees on eSewa or Khalti?+
No. Pasalos does not add its own transaction fee on top of local payment gateways, you only pay the gateway's standard processing fee.
Can I switch plans later?+
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your dashboard. Changes apply from your next billing cycle.
What happens after the trial ends?+
We'll remind you before it ends. If you don't upgrade, your store is paused (not deleted) so you can come back anytime.
Do you support businesses outside Kathmandu Valley?+
Yes. Shipping zones can be configured for any district in Nepal, whatever courier or delivery method you use to get there.
Does Pasalos work for my physical shop too?+
Yes. Pasalos includes a POS for counter sales that shares inventory with your online store, so stock stays correct in both places. POS is rolling out soon. It is included on the Growth plan, and founding stores get it first.
