Pasalos ("we", "us", "our") operates the pasalos.com website and the Pasalos e-commerce platform, including merchant dashboards and storefronts hosted on pasal.cc subdomains. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how it's handled.

What we collect

• Merchant account data: name, email, phone, store details, and billing information you provide when you sign up or manage your store.
• Store data: products, orders, customer records, and payment references your store processes through Pasalos.
• Usage data: pages visited on this marketing site and basic device/browser information, used only in aggregate to improve the product.

How we use it

To operate your store (orders, inventory, fulfillment, payments), to provide support, to send service and billing notifications, and to improve Pasalos. We do not sell merchant or customer data to third parties.

Payments

Payment processing for eSewa, Khalti, and ConnectIPS is handled by those gateways directly. Pasalos stores payment references and status, not full card or wallet credentials.

Data sharing

We share data only with the service providers needed to run Pasalos (hosting, payment gateways, delivery partners you connect), and when required by Nepali law.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your account data, ask us to correct it, or close your account and request deletion, subject to records we're legally required to keep (e.g. transaction history). Contact support@pasalos.com for any of this.
